Required documents

What are the documents required for a Turkey visa? The below documents are required for Turkish ECAA business visa (please note that you may be asked to submit additional supporting documents during your Turkish UK Immigration process):

• A valid passport or other valid, official ID, which demonstrates that you are working in the UK legally
• Two photographs (passport sized, in color) and one empty page for your new Turkish ECAA business visa
• Financial documents and other materials reflecting the entirety of your period of stay in the UK, with evidence of any and all the jobs you have held throughout your time in the country (generally in the form of pay slips and account statements)

The following may also be required:

• A UK police certificate for yourself and any dependents seeking Turkish UK Immigration
• If you are an au pair and you do not get paid via pay slips or direct deposits into your bank account, you may instead submit a letter from the family employing you for your application 

Professional required documents

In addition to these above personal documents required for a Turkish ECAA business visa, you must also provide documentary proof (i.e. employment applications, letters from your current or future boss), related to your intent to do the following:  

• If you have worked in the UK for 1-3 years:
• You must show proof of your intent to continue working at your same job
• (If you have worked in the UK for 3-4 years)
• You must show proof of your intent to either stay with your old job or change employers, so long as you but must remain working in the same field
• (If you have worked in the UK for 4+ years)
• You must show proof of your intent to work at any job for any employer

Family members

Family members can join you on your visa in the UK on your Turkish ECAA business visa so long as they are already legally in the country. Family members are classified as dependents, which are any of the following:

• Your partner
• Your child under the age of 21, (including UK born children)
• Required Documents for family members on an ecaa visa

Each dependent must submit one of the following:

• Evidence of the nature of his or her relationship to you. For husbands/wives, this could be in the form of a marriage certificate, (if not married, evidence of a minimum of 2 years co habitation) for children, a birth certificate
• A valid passport or other valid ID, with one blank page for their British visa
• Two photographs (passport sized, in color)
• Evidence (such as NHS envelopes addressed to your home residence) that your dependents are already living with you
• Bank statements or other financial records (such as half-a year’s worth of pay slips) demonstrating your capability to financially support both yourself and your dependents

The following may also be required:

• Evidence (perhaps in the form of either a legal document or notarized written permission) of your sole legal and financial responsibility for any dependent who is less than 21 years of age (in the event that his or her other parent is not present in the UK or is not planning to ever reside in the country)
• A UK police certificate for any dependents
